Flexible shifts hiring in Memphis (update)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Memphis. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
