Flexible shifts hiring in Madison - any advice?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
