Flexible shifts hiring in Madison after 15 years as a bank teller

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Madison. It has been weighing on me all week. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
