Flexible shifts hiring in Little Rock, mechanic here

A grocery chain and a hotel near Little Rock are hiring part-time staff. I worked as a mechanic before this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
