Flexible shifts hiring in Little Rock - first time posting

A grocery chain and a hotel near Little Rock are hiring part-time staff. It has been weighing on me all week. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
