Flexible shifts hiring in Knoxville after 4 years as a pharmacy technician

A grocery chain and a hotel near Knoxville are hiring part-time staff. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
