Flexible shifts hiring in Knoxville

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
