Flexible shifts hiring in Jacksonville - what worked for you?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Jacksonville. Any experience at all would help. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
