Flexible shifts hiring in Jacksonville, security officer here

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I worked as a security officer before this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
