Flexible shifts hiring in Honolulu

A grocery chain and a hotel near Honolulu are hiring part-time staff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
