Flexible shifts hiring in Honolulu after 13 years as a customer-service rep

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Honolulu. It has been a long 9 weeks. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
