Flexible shifts hiring in Hartford - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
