Flexible shifts hiring in Fresno

A grocery chain and a hotel near Fresno are hiring part-time staff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
