Flexible shifts hiring in Detroit (update)

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. It has been weighing on me all week. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
