Flexible shifts hiring in Dallas - first time posting

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
