Flexible shifts hiring in Columbus - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
