Flexible shifts hiring in Columbus - first time posting

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Columbus. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
