Flexible shifts hiring in Columbus - any advice?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
