Flexible shifts hiring in Cleveland

A grocery chain and a hotel near Cleveland are hiring part-time staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
