Flexible shifts hiring in Cleveland - 15 weeks in

A grocery chain and a hotel near Cleveland are hiring part-time staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
