Flexible shifts hiring in Cincinnati (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Cincinnati are hiring part-time staff. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
