Flexible shifts hiring in Charlotte - any advice?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Charlotte are hiring part-time staff. I worked as a store manager before this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
