Flexible shifts hiring in Buffalo - what worked for you?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Buffalo are hiring part-time staff. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
