Flexible shifts hiring in Boston - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
