Flexible shifts hiring in Boston - first time posting

A grocery chain and a hotel near Boston are hiring part-time staff. It has been weighing on me all week. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
