Flexible shifts hiring in Birmingham - first time posting

Amara Nkemelu · 2026-04-11T00:58:30.130Z

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Birmingham. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
