Flexible shifts hiring in Baltimore (Baltimore)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Baltimore. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
