I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Austin. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
