Flexible shifts hiring in Atlanta, janitorial supervisor here

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
