Flexible shifts hiring in Albuquerque - what worked for you?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Albuquerque. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
