Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

A few employers in Kansas City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
