A few employers in Denver say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
