Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 5 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
