Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
