Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
