Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 17 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
