Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

A few employers in Tucson say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
