Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

A few employers in Sacramento say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
