Fair-chance hiring leads - what worked for you?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
