I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
