Fair-chance hiring leads, welding apprentice here

A few employers in Kansas City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
