Fair-chance hiring leads, welding apprentice here

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
