Fair-chance hiring leads, warehouse supervisor here

A few employers in Nashville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
