Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. Any experience at all would help. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
