Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
