Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
