A few employers in Dallas say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 21 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
