Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
