Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Fresno say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
