Fair-chance hiring leads (update)

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
